Miro attributes his success as an executive coach to his experience as a business executive. During Miro’s career, he has coached over 100 people, encompassing approximately 2500 hours and across more than 10 organizations. But, of most importance is not the numbers themselves, but what he has learned along the way. Companies he worked for are fine organizations who invest in people, who believe and support strong leaders, and who value the role of the individual to make great things happen.
For over 25 years, he worked at the most prestigious companies in the region including, Podravka, Croatia Osiguranje, HT Croatian Telecom and Allianz Zagreb. He learned first-hand that thriving businesses are built on strong relationships and clear communications and that executives with high levels of emotional intelligence soar to the upper echelons. He can relate instantly to the challenges that executives face and he can act swiftly to provide a supportive and productive environment for them to explore new behaviors that result in career breakthroughs.

CFO in Croatian Insurance market leader (EUR 500m premium income) owned by Adris, largest Croatian private group. Company is listed on Zagreb Stock exchange operates in both in non-life (P&C) and life businesses, responsible for finance functions, asset management and IT. During mandate company went through major post privatization restructuring
CFO in a leading stock exchange listed Croatian FMCG and generic pharma group (EUR 560m revenue) , market leader in processed food in Croatia with 50%+ sales in international markets. Responsible for finance functions and IT. While working there company went through restructuring and M&A cycle
CFO in alternative start-up fixed telecom operator (EUR 50m revenue company was acquired as 2nd brand of Croatian Telecom), Responsible for Finance functions, HR and Gen. Affairs. While there company went through post -acquisition stabilization
