The Essence of Executive Leadership Coaching

I work with clients to gain deep insight into their personal attitudes and relationships, and to turn those insights into positive action that advances their careers and the missions of their organisations. Specifically, I:

  • Guide clients through a dynamic discovery process that helps them identify and intensify their strengths, and recognise and overcome barriers, first within themselves and then in their environment
  • Provide a supportive environment in which clients can break stifling patterns of behaviour and communication
  • Engage clients in meaningful, consistent conversations and focused planning, so that goals are reached through coaching


I held senior positions in some of Croatia’s most prestigious companies, including T-Mobile Croatia, HT Croatian Telecom, Iskon, Podravka and Croatia Osiguranje, and then completed extensive training in executive coaching and many other leadership skills. Combining my business and coaching experience, I help executives make professional breakthroughs in the following areas:

  • Developing resilient, relationship-driven leaders
  • Helping abrasive managers recognise and improve how they interact with others
  • Developing project managers and engineers and helping them transition into leaders
  • Empowering executives in transitional roles and situations by looking at challenges from different perspectives and building action plans
