Technology, and information technology in particular, is developing very fast. This drives strong growth in technology companies, and with it the need to increase management capacity. Failures cost companies millions of euros. The culprit is often ineffective internal communication and too little understanding of what key customers need. New technologies are at the heart of most organisational change. It is therefore essential that business and technology executives learn to work together effectively. Excellent engineers and project managers often have to move from decisively running small, agile project organisations focused on fast product development to managing large, stable companies driven by profitability. In such situations I assess the dynamics of the company, its owners and its employees, and bring to the surface the key elements of management policy and the conflicting work styles and personalities that create friction and block progress. I work with managers on the business and the technology side one-to-one or in groups, depending on what is the best approach to building the team.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
