Coaching sessions are completely confidential. Clients need to feel free to share information without worrying that it will put their job at risk. Both the organisation and the individual benefit when the coaching relationship is built on trust. The essence of coaching is helping people unlock the full potential that is already in them. I firmly believe that managers hold the keys to their own success. I do not impose my views on clients. I give them the information and support they need to discover the best course of action based on their unique qualities, aspirations and values. I firmly believe that open communication, including the topics nobody wants to talk about but everybody feels in the room, is the only way to tackle the hardest problem in any business situation. Rest assured that no stone will be left unturned in uncovering the root causes of what is holding you back.
