coaching.<\/p><p><strong>These aspects of coaching are the foundation:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Establish trust between client and coach<\/li><li>Align the goals of the client and the stakeholders to ensure consistency<\/li><li>Carry out \u201cinside-out\u201d assessments, combining available internal and external tools such as performance reports, the skill matrix, Myers-Briggs, emotional intelligence tests and 360-degree assessments, to understand the client\u2019s natural behaviours and preferences<\/li><li>Hold conversations with the client every two weeks to better understand the goals and identify approaches to solutions<\/li><li>Give feedback on the action plan, which the client writes, with goals to be met during and after the engagement<\/li><li>Share the plan with the relevant stakeholders<\/li><li>Give feedback to the client and stakeholders during the engagement (as permitted by the confidentiality agreement with the client)<\/li><li>Follow up periodically and adjust the plan when needed<\/li><li>Remain available throughout the engagement and afterwards, by text message, phone and e-mail<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
